**Sellers Note - From our experience with selling these vests to other customers our suggestion is to size up. If you typically wear a size medium go with a size large instead. The vests are not stretchy and don't have a lot of give. They're meant for layering and most likely will be worn over two or more articles of clothing (ie - a t-shirt and a hoodie or a t-shirt and long sleeve button down shirt) The vest may feel tight when layered over other multiple shirts.

Chest Width
Measure under the arm and around the fullest part of the chest with arms down, keeping tape horizontal.
